Step 2: picking and packaging

According to the instructions of the Center for Disease Control, the selection, scanning, review, and packaging of the whole vaccine are carried out in accordance with the disease control of the vaccine receiving districts and counties, the vaccination unit, name, specification, batch number, and quantity.

Step 3: Scan the code

Through the scanning of the vaccine management system and the electronic supervision code, it is ensured that each vaccine distributed to each vaccination unit can be effectively recorded.

Step 4: Shipping

A total of 12 vehicles were delivered in Shenyang this time, and the first vehicle to depart was for Liaozhong District. The transport vehicle starts to be pre-cooled at 4:30, and when the temperature of the vehicle compartment reaches 4℃-6℃ and stabilizes, the dispatcher uses the refrigerated loading and unloading corridor and the refrigerated storage door to seamlessly connect to load the vehicle. During the driving of the vehicle, the delivery person pays attention to the cabin temperature through the external display device for recording the temperature in the cab. The transportation is more than 6 hours, and every 6 hours, the delivery staff will record the temperature of the carriage and the external environment in the "Vaccine Transportation Temperature Record Sheet". A dedicated person monitors the temperature of the refrigerated truck in transit on the computer side in real time.

Step 5: Vaccination

Employees and citizens are scheduled to be vaccinated in advance by the unit and the community. After the appointment is successful, bring your ID card and go to the vaccination site in an orderly manner according to the unified arrangement for vaccination.
